Finance Manager - London - Hybrid (contact dennis.ball@tailify.com) 

Responsibilities

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Analyse costs, pricing, gross margin, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

Cash flow management and preparation on a weekly basis and including monthly 12-18 month cash flow projections.

Ensure Revenue Recognition and Direct Costs correctly and accurately accounted for.

Lead Finance workstream for the implementation and ongoing use of the Agency Management tool.

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

 Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Requirements

Professional qualification such as ACCA,ICAEW,ICAS or similar is a requirement.

5+ years post qualification finance experience.

Expert level at Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Proficient user of finance software.

A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

 Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
