Job Summary:
Supervise, develop and motivate the Finance Team through coaching, organizing, monitoring and appraising job results in accordance with the company's policies.
Job Description:
* Lead & manage the efficient administration of the finance department.
* Manage the efficient preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
* Periodically review the organization's financial performance and with the executive to identify opportunities for improvements.
* Ensure the organization's financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Manage Financial Reporting, Tax, forecasting, budgets and consolidation.
* Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable Group and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Qualification:
* Professional Accountancy Qualification - Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalent.
* Recognized bachelor's degree in management or related.
* Minimum of three (3) years' experience in accounting at a managerial level or equivalent.
* Customer centric attitude.
* Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
* Excellent business/report writing, interpersonal and (verbal / written) communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
