You'll be involved in driving the IPO, doing financial modelling for the business and will be leading a sizeable team.

Client Details

Our client is a well-known healthcare company that is currently in the process for IPO and they're looking for someone with IPO experience to help drive the IPO to success.

Description

  • Manage and monitor the entire IPO project throughout the process (from pre-IPO to post-IPO)
  • Act as a resource to strategic partners across the business, delivering meaningful insight and financial decision support.
  • Analyse financial statements to identify potential weakness areas, and review business performance.
  • Develop financial modelling and prepare the Group Financial Projections to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • To ensure that all financial and accounting reports are in accordance with IFRS, ensure internal controls are in place, and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting requirements
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, statutory bodies, bankers, company secretary and lawyers for audit, tax, banking and legal matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc matters whenever required.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification will be added advantage (CPA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Finance function
  • Some experience preferably in large e-commerce businesses and/or FMCG industry.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in public listed company in a senior Group Finance role
  • IPO experience is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and good team player
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, ability to handle ambiguity, effective communicator as business partner
