Executive, Accounts Receivable with General Cashier Role

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all cash floats across various business units (i.e. Hotels, Attractions and F&B establishments)
  • Liaise with operations team on daily cash takings, prepare reconciliation & summary reports.
  • Perform consolidation and proper accounting of daily collections and balancing of cash collections.
  • Handling the exchange of foreign currencies.
  • Disburse petty cash/cash due back to the operation business units.
  • Posting of daily cash transaction journals to ensure timely month end closing and reporting.
  • Maintain and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures of the Resort.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level.
  • Relevant general cashier experience with at least 1 year experience in hospitality industry.
  • Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
