Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash floats across various business units (i.e. Hotels, Attractions and F&B establishments)
- Liaise with operations team on daily cash takings, prepare reconciliation & summary reports.
- Perform consolidation and proper accounting of daily collections and balancing of cash collections.
- Handling the exchange of foreign currencies.
- Disburse petty cash/cash due back to the operation business units.
- Posting of daily cash transaction journals to ensure timely month end closing and reporting.
- Maintain and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures of the Resort.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level.
- Relevant general cashier experience with at least 1 year experience in hospitality industry.
- Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in MS office applications, particularly in Excel.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
