Executive/Senior Executive, Shared Services
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Tanjong Pagar office.
- Administer and manage workflows on employee and job data creation and changes.
- Work with HR systems team to analyze and determine operational requirements for data management and reports generation.
- Provide regular and ad hoc lists of employee records to internal stakeholders by utilizing system queries and other reporting tools.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train users on new processes.
- Ensure data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Support the transition to streamline HR processes through technology or other solutions.
- Any other ad-Hoc tasks assigned.
- Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, independent and detailed oriented
- Positive working attitude and a team player
