Executive/Senior Executive, Shared Services

This is a permanent full-time position based in our Tanjong Pagar office.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage workflows on employee and job data creation and changes.
  • Work with HR systems team to analyze and determine operational requirements for data management and reports generation.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc lists of employee records to internal stakeholders by utilizing system queries and other reporting tools.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train users on new processes.
  • Ensure data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Support the transition to streamline HR processes through technology or other solutions.
  • Any other ad-Hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, independent and detailed oriented
  • Positive working attitude and a team player
