Job Description
  • Responsible for accurate and timely month-end year-end procedures for Robert Bosch East Africa including reporting e.g. finance data and cash flow.
  • Ensuring tax compliancy for Robert Bosch East Africa.
  • Co-ordination of annual external audit which requires sound knowledge of IFRS requirements for Robert Bosch East Africa.
  • Compilation of financial statements for Robert Bosch Ghana Limited, Robert Bosch Limited Nigeria and Robert Bosch East Africa Kenya in line with IFRS.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Analyzing variances and advise on controls.
  • Oversees finance projects, administration, and operations to ensure compliance.
  • Supervision of the payable process.


Qualifications

Your competencies and qualifications:
  • A Business -related degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent.
  • CPA/ACCA qualification for an equivalent post graduate qualification.
  • Master's degree from any relevant institution will be an added advantage.

Experience:
  • Minimum Ten (10) years' work experience of which three (3) years must be in a leadership role.
  • 3+ years auditing experience with compilation of financial statements. (Case Ware) and sound knowledge of IFRS accounting.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment impacting Kenya.

  • Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.

  • Certified accountant /auditor.
  • Excel skills is required.
  • SAP experience will be of advantage.
