Business Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to work with us. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in an Agile environment and is familiar with its process and principles. In this role, you will be required to proactively determine the requirements of a project or program, translate them into actionable insights, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders to improve the organization's overall efficiency and productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• • Act as a proxy product owner
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements
  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  • Leverage strategic business process modeling and traceability
  • Coordinate the planning and monitoring of project requirements and managing scope with the project manager to ensure success project delivery
  • Understand and create a business case to link the client business needs with the product requirements and determine the business value that will be achieved after implementing the product.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to guarantee maximum usability
  • Evaluate, analyze, and maintain systems requirements on a continuous basis
  • Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and BDD/What-If Scenarios
  • Analyze the changes in the user stories to support the development process
  • Work as part of the Agile Scrum team to communicate changes in established expectations to stakeholders
  • Apply data modelling techniques and best practices for effective communication
  • Build strong relationship/rapport with cross-functional business teams
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across the company to develop necessary analysis and documentation
  • Contribute to release planning and management
  • Meet with key stakeholders to provide early product demonstrations as well as release presentation
  • Create, prioritize and update product backlog

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
• Proven analytical background
• Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
• Extensive experience with process and data visualization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of web and mobile technologies and applications
• Up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
• Experience working with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications are a plus
