We are now actively seeking a Finance Analyst to come join the commercial finance team, responsible for managing the relationship between finance and the Marine Operations team for the Cruise line Marella, an area of the UK business which has seen significant growth and investment across the past 4 years. It offers a pathway to develop your commercial acumen in a finance team where development and internal progression are actively encouraged.

Marella Cruises is the leading fly-cruise operator in the UK with annual revenue in excess of £600m and cruises to over 150 destinations globally including the Caribbean and Central America, USA, and the Mediterranean. We currently operate 4 ships, with an additional ship (Voyager) entering the fleet for Summer 23. Marella operates as a standalone legal entity and is separately reported within the Cruise segment of the business driving the need for full transparency in the financial results of the business.

The role is based in Luton, but at TUI we believe work is something you do not somewhere you go therefore we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements for this role and the successful candidate will be required to attend the office once to twice per week on average.
Please note the closing date for applications is Monday 6th June
