Key role in an international team with the opportunity to develop. Looking for a Financial Analyst with expertise in controlling together with great analytical & technical skills. You will be directly engaged with internal senior business stakeholders and will support management decisions.

Description
- Coordinate the monthly closing & accrual process for Holding Functions including monthly reviews (e.g. pre-accrual reporting, cost center reporting, commentary report & FTE movement);
- Ensure efficient & accurate reporting & planning activities (FC, BUD, Strat. Plan & Liq. Plan);
- Improve transparency & run controlling activities to understand OPEX & CAPEX performance;
- Provide insights on reported results & business drivers for variances to selected scenarios;
- Manage booking corrections & re-classification in collaboration with Holding Accounting;
- Maintain cost center structure for Holding Functions & keep approval flows updated;
- Identify cost saving initiatives; measure & validate savings in collaboration with Procurement
- Partner with the business & maintain professional relationship with the key stakeholders
- Assist with assigned projects, process improvement & standardization;
- Team up with Holding Accounting
- Manage the privileges of user accounts to the Portal
- Keep user manuals up to date and provide ad-hoc onboarding sessions
- Support the Department in ad-hoc analysis of CAPEX and OPEX requests
Profile
- University Degree in Business Administration / Economics or Accounting qualification
- First experience in a similar function (Corporate Finance, FP&A or Controlling);
- Good understanding of IFRS, management reporting & accounting principles;
- Advanced technical skills MS Office Suite coupled with solid SAP & BI knowledge is a must; OneStream and Power BI expertise are a strong plus;
- Detail & process oriented, ability to meet deadlines & deliver under pressure;
- Competence to work in a global organization with ability to build relationships at all levels;
- Highly analytical skill set with excellent communication & presentation skills;
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
