Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Coordinator/ Bookkeeper. To work for a well-established Aluminium Windows, Doors and curtain wall fabricators to work in their office in Birmingham.

Responsibilities
* Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments
* Balancing accounts
* Completing VAT returns
* Preparing invoices
* Checking company bank statements
* Preparing cash flow statements
* Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
* Setting up direct debits / standing orders
* Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
* Liaising with HMRC, Companies House and clients' accountants as required
* Processing starters and leavers
* Dealing with pension submissions
* Managing payroll queries
* Manage employee expense claims
* Assisting with onboarding new accounts clients
* General office administration
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a finance / bookkeeping role
* Knowledge of accounting and payroll systems
* Experience using Xero accounting software
* Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
* Excellent organisational skills
* High level of accuracy
* Analytical with proficient data entry skills
* Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive and able to manage own time
