Financial Controller (Big 4, Manufacturing, Hedging exp - MUST)

Reporting to Group CFO, you will lead a team for financial and management reporting, group consolidation, treasury, auditing, tax planning and business operation control.

Our Client is a leading manufacturing company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Description

Being a Team Head, you will manage all aspects of Finance & Accounting functions of the Listed Company. Duties include preparing /reviewing monthly management report and group consolidation, tracking costing and financial performance of the production sites and sales offices, monitoring cash flow and leading hedging/ forward contract practice, liaising with auditors and other professionals in annual audit, tax and company secretarial filing to ensure all practices are in accounting standards and compliance.

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines, member of ACCA/HKICPA
• Minimum 15 years of work experience from Big 4 and listed Companies with solid understanding of manufacturing industry and hands-on hedging (including USD/ RMB) experience
• Strong business acumen, self-motivated, stable career track record
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin
