Property/Finance Manager

Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a full time Property Manager to join a thriving team based in LS17. This company has been going from strength to strength since it began and is now in need of a Property Manager who will ensure the buildings are running properly and there will also be some finance duties involved in this role.

The duties will include:
-Administration of utility contracts
-Ensuring meter readings are taken and given to suppliers
-Managing the service charge budgets
-Reconciling service charge accounts
-Being a point of contact for service charge enquiries
-Issue invoices for rent and service charge
-Processing invoices
-Assist with credit control and debt collection
