(Insurance) Finance Transformation AM | 1 year contract to perm

The Company

Our client is a top tier insurance in Hong Kong and is looking for an Assistant Manager, specializing on 1 year contract basis (highly go perm). The ideal candidate will start immediately.

The Role

• Support Finance transformation team on reviewing process and reengineering
• Help develop new budgeting framework and process
• Collecting end user requirements, requested enhancements, and designing allocation recharge process
• Responsible for reviewing finance organization structure, design to be outcomes and objectives and implement sequence of events.
• Delegating requests to appropriate support staff, and keeping track of incident statistics
• Handle ad hoc assignment

Your Profile

• Diploma / bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting/project management/ business analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong team player, proactive, independent and detail minded
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Short Notice/ Immediate availability is preferred
