Aslanol LTD it's a fast growing company which is specialising on a Car parts & Accessories distribution in UK and Ireland. We are currently looking for an experienced Russian speaking Management & Commercial Accountant to work in our office based in Milton Keynes.

You will be responsible for day to day management for and responsibility of all aspects of the company's commercial and financial reporting.

MAIN TASKS OF JOB

  • Commercial Reporting:

o Analysing commercial profitability of new and existing sales

o Reporting on achieved & expected margins by customer and product

o Cost & billing structures for new services

o Preparing monthly sales commission computations

  • Period End:

o Prepare monthly Management Accounts

o Assisting with Prepayments and Accruals

o Report on status of open sales orders

o Prepare VAT report and Annual accounts return and submit to HMRC.

o Prepare Payroll and submit to HMRC.

o Prepare year end accounts and submit to HMRC.

  • Additional Duties

o Ensure processes and procedures and properly documented

o Provide support to Management team as necessary

o Provide cover for other team members

o Setting appropriate internal control policies and ensuring robust controls are in place across the business

o Continued development of improved MIS to ensure better financial data


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Excellent MS Office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
  • Ongoing studies for accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with at least 2 years' experience in a commercial reporting role
  • Experience of working with MAM software desirable
  • Experience in Automotive aftermarket desirable
