As an Intern/Trainee, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- You'll be a part of an environment that broadens your functional training, personal and technical skills, and deepens your knowledge of client services. You'll play an integral role supporting staff as needed for an outstanding variety of work and making contributions to the team on a daily basis.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Learn Salesforce ecosystem products or other related products or tools.
- Focus on requirements gathering, designing and implementing business solutions to meet business needs.
- Engage with the business development team or customer to seek a deep appreciation of the customer's business background, pain points and expectations.
- Learn the client business through public channels, engagement team or user communications e.g. interviews.
- Create user journey maps and generate user personas.
- Create the user story, provide the clarification to the development team and answer the questions from the development team.
- Participate in all phases of IT application project life cycle, i.e. user requirements definition; risk assessment; systems analysis and design activities; application programming and testing; training and documentation; software package selection and implementation.
- Maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Background/Experience/Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree or above with local and overseas education background, will graduate in 2021/2022;
- Major in Business, English, Finance Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering Science, Information System, Business/Data Analytics, User Analysis, Math, Statistics or IT related disciplines;
- Good written and spoken English; CET-6/TEM-8 or equivalent English fluency is preferred;
- Open mind and keen on communication with people;
- Self-motivated and highly responsible for daily work.
- Strongly interested in developing interpersonal skills;
- Background or strong interest in technology solutions; willing to have future career development at consulting industry;
- With applicable knowledge or experience in CRM;
- MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)
