Student will be expected to work full-time during summer and winter breaks and part-time during the school year.

Students must be enrolled in a full-time college program with a minimum GPA of 2.75 and must be able to work remotely for their internship hours. If applicants do not meet these requirements they will be automatically rejected.

  • Completes audits of order entry activity for customer service staff, identifies non-conformances and works with Customer Service management to implement corrective actions.
  • Responsible for ongoing reporting related to individual, group and departmental key performance indicators/metrics as well as work requirements on a global basis. Focus will be on quantitative and qualitative analysis and results to support customer satisfaction excellence, cost reduction efforts, resource allocation and staffing strategies.
  • Develops monthly Total Customer Experience Scorecard highlighting performance in critical customer facing metrics across corporate Planning, Quality, Technical and Customer Service areas for review with the executive team.
  • Reviews root cause analysis of claims, corrections and corrective action requests to assist in the identification of actionable improvement initiatives in order to improve customer satisfaction as well as achievement of short-term business forecast and annual operating plan.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of customer-generated scorecards that outline Carpenter's performance in key metrics such as delivery and quality as part of Carpenter's overall Quality Operating System.
  • Individual will prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel data analysis based on the information provided by Customer Service personnel.

  • Students should have completed two years of college and studying in the fields of Business or Accounting
  • The candidate should be proficient in data analysis, with the Microsoft Office Suite, and strong in verbal and written communications.
  • Qualified students should have a minimum 2.75 grade point average to be considered for any position.
  • All positions require self-starters who are highly motivated and who have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and professional image.
  • Candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to details and ability to manage several projects at once.
