Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
* Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
* Processing financial transactions i.e. wire transfers, account transfers etc.
* Editing financial statements and company letters.
* Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
* Professionally communicates directly and on behalf of the MDs
* Drafts reports, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication
* Supports MDs in their external commitments
* Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
* Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Qualifications and Experience
* Pursuing a Business Management Degree or any other relevant business qualification.
* 3 to 5 years experience in an Administrative environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Intermediate to Advance Level).
* Must be able to properly format documents.
* Administrative profssional certification would be an asset.

* Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
* Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment.
* Must possess sound decision making skills and multi-task while working in an environment of stress with specific deadlines.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality is mandatory.
* Ability to communicate clearly, timely and accurately.
