Senior Manager/ AGM- Finance and Accounts

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Product pricing , ROI on investments, risk management , control for receivables , contract making and execution Operational Finance - All day to day operational finance which would include functions like Audits, Financial planning, Budget, fund allocations, Accounts, Finalization, MIS, Banking operations.
• Ability to lead a team on all aspects of Indian statutory norms, taxation (GST), compliances, Company risk perspective.
• Financial reporting and compliance to all statutory institutions, company law.
• Strategic financial planning for the Company Asset liability management, cash management, fund raising
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and awareness of new trends and advances in the profession.
• Financial reporting Managing the Cashflow

• Work closely with the accounting teams and perform deep-dive analysis on sales, costs, and profitability of all business lines & Draft analytical summaries and cash flow statements for the CEO & Board. 
• Responsible for Accounts Payable part including recording transactions and payments globally.
• Responsible for statutory compliances – GST, TDS, VAT, Income Tax and other payroll related statutory.
• Responsible for completion of statutory audits in a timely manner with no significant adverse observations.
• Ensure all corrective actions recommended as a result of observations made in audits are taken in time-bound manner and implemented.

• Responsible for monthly and annual closure of books of accounts.

• Vendor management : Regular payment of vendors and maintain various ageing reports of vendors for different periods
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
