Description

1.Conceptualizes and deploys intelligence methods, tools, and techniques to ensure delivery of quality market data, insights, and recommendations that guide business decisions.
2.Aligns with business leaders to prioritize key market intelligence efforts and cascade them through the team.
3.Serves as an advisor and thought partner in the decision-making process.
4.Leads and/or sponsors special projects and provides market input to further the understanding of specific aspects of the market to inform business strategies and/or decision making.
5.Highly proficient in developing knowledge networks throughout the business, distribution channel, and external sources.
6.Develops a high-performance team by leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing employees, and champions a culture of intelligence gathering, insights generation and value-added support.
7.Creates and manages budgets, financial controls, and risk, ensuring operations are executed efficiently and within established budgets.
