Reed Finance are pleased to be supporting a long standing client who are in need of a new finance professional to support, develop and help grow the finance function. Working closely with all of areas of the business in particular the Commercial Director, the role will support the Head of Finance in key commercial areas as well as ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved and maximised.
A few key responsibilities and duties include:

- Delivery of the Management Accounts for all companies according to the agreed deadlines
- Delivery of Forecast Information for the Gross Margin and Overhead for all companies within the group
- Delivery of Budget Information
- General support on SAGE; the maintenance of Nominal Codes and Ledgers; and the implementation of new initiatives
- Preparation of Quarterly VAT Returns for all companies
- Year-end reporting for all companies including liaising with the auditors and providing the relevant information
- Responsibility of all Accruals and Prepayment schedules
- Management of workflow
- Provide variance analysis and commentary on all Management Accounts
- Group consolidation of Management Accounts.
- Dealing with Foreign Currency and the revaluation of Foreign Currency for reporting purposes.
- Many other ad-hoc duties in line with business demands
