Established in 1994 with 8 sites across Essex and Suffolk, our client are a domiciliary care and support provider, and they are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Sible Hedingham.
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the key accounting functions for all of the companies, including the preparation of monthly management accounts for each company, along with the statutory accounting requirements.
You must have previous experience within a similar role and are able to use Sage and Xero.

Other duties of the Finance Manager include:
- Supervising the Finance Assistant and the Administrative Support Assistant with their workloads.
- Ensuring all rental account invoices are accurately prepared and dealing with the credit control in respect of this.
- Observing invoicing and payroll deadlines.
- Supervising credit control for Client accounts.
- Ensuring that the finance section of the Roster system is accurately updated as pay and charging rates change.
- Bank payments for all companies ensuring supplier payments are signed off and processed in a timely manner respecting the suppliers' terms of business.
- Bank account reconciliation for all companies.
