Our client is a global leading Financial Technology (FinTech) business that's going through an exciting period of change. They're currently seeking to bring a talented Senior Finance Analyst / Business Partner into their organisation, who has gained some good FP&A experience and has a highly commercial mindset along with exceptional financial modelling and data manipulation skills to support their flagship key client accounts business unit.
Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Finance FP&A - Key Strategic Accounts, the Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the Key Strategic accounts business and numerous stakeholders across the Business and Finance to enable the Key Strategic accounts management performance by driving reporting, providing financial intelligence, supporting financial plans and providing support for deals, budgets & forecasts.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Support the FP&A of Key Strategic Accounts by assisting with monthly reporting, forecasting and analysis of the Key Strategic Accounts business.
  • Produce key documents that go to senior people within the business e.g. Health Checks, Renewal Tracker
  • Assist Key Strategic Accounts Regional Finance with business support /work as required - e.g. with deal discussions, renewals, Sales Flash
  • Support the Solution Business Directors
  • Assist with the Product Sales Reporting, Forecasting
  • Provide a central point of contact for Key Strategic Accounts Revenue / Sales queries
  • Provide support to the Key Strategic Accounts regional financial and business teams
  • Own the development of budgets and forecasts for the Key Strategic Accounts business
  • Assist with KSA Costs reporting and forecasting
  • Proactive Analysis and decision support to provide insights & solutions to the Key Strategic Accounts business.
  • Work closely with the Services Centre to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Respond to queries and requests from Central Finance for reporting and analysis.
  • Provide input to ad hoc projects within Finance and the business as required.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent data modelling, data manipulation and management skills.
  • Part/Newly Qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Proficiency in working effectively and delivering results in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, global business environment.
  • Work effectively in teams and across functions of the business, influencing stakeholders
  • Able to convey complex financial information to both finance and non-finance partners.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong financial controls & accurate processing, with a high quality of reporting & planning
