Our client is an industry well known Indian family background garments trade house

Your new company
Our client is an industry well known garments retail, the company has operated in HK for more than 50 years and is now looking for a change in direction. Their clients are mainly but not limited to US, UK, South Africa, South America, Europe, Australia, India, Bangladesh etc..

Right now they are looking for a COO to manage the company to make innovation and drive new ideas.

Your new role

• Design and implement short and long - term business strategies, plans and procedures;
• Collaborate with members of the Senior Management team and other staff to grow the business,
• Oversee daily operations of the company, work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance etc.) and digitize business operations;
• Create KPIs and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
• Prepare sales projection report
• Write reports and have meetings with the CEO in all matters of importance;
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.);
• B2C and online sales platforms and launching of our brands' online sales;
• Work with logistics platforms for delivery of online products.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
• 15 years of experience in manufacturer or garment trade house, with more than 5 years top management
• Critical thinking, including ability to define go-to market plans, sales and delivery plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent/native English, Hindu is a plus
• Fast learners and can tackle problems creatively and independently.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently to perform in a dynamic, multi-cultural, matrix organisation and influence outcomes
• Able to bring in business strategies and digitalisation of the business
