Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating the work of existing in-country partner companies (subcontractors) in selected markets.
  • Finding and assessing new partner companies in case necessary.
  • Collecting prices from in-country partner companies and updating them on annual basis to the price book.
  • Communicating with local in-country partner companies regarding scoping changes.
  • Periodical reviews of existing partner companies. This can also include compliance towards global certifications and processes, carrying out inventories of service capabilities, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new business.
  • Gain a detailed understanding of all services offered by TMF and promote to clients accordingly.
  • Quote preparation.
  • Preparing and reviewing agreements / statement of works and change request notes.
  • Onboarding of all new clients and/or transactions following quote acceptance.
  • Providing fees to bid team, sales team, client service managers and directors and supporting them regarding service scope and any questions.
  • Through comprehensive understanding and regular communication with partner companies, identify new business opportunities in terms of regulatory and law changes that have impact on client portfolio.
  • Prepare the Local Service Agreement (“LSA”) and secure client sign-off.
  • On quote acceptance prepare a summary of the service delivery requirement for each operational area and schedule a session all affected parties to explain the transaction and the service delivery expectations.
  • Assist with the resolution of client queries and co-ordinate the related communication on a timely basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and their key members of staff and/or suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to, banks, law firms, investors, directors, auditors, rating agencies, regulators and other business introducers.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate in or have a high-level of experience in a relevant field, i.e. Business
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client service role – preferably with international clients
  • Operational and administrative knowledge of accounting, tax, legal, payroll would be a plus
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent English and Arabic
