Your field of responsibility

Group External Reporting is responsible for a high quality and timely production of external financial publications such as quarterly and annual reports, SEC filings and other regulatory documents. You will be involved in the preparation of meaningful disclosures in line with US GAAP and SEC requirements. Your responsibility will include preparing and maintaining files used for financial data in our e-reporting tool for the report production. Other tasks include planning processes and ad hoc requests from senior management.

You will be working in an international team interfacing with multiple departments across the bank such as Financial Management Accounting & Reporting, Legal, Investor Relations, Communications and Language Services.

Your skills and experience

The following skills will give you the basis to succeed in this interesting and challenging role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent educational background in business administration or finance or a Swiss apprenticeship plus work experience in financial accounting, controlling or reporting
  • MS Office and database management knowledge; advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Self-driven performance, flexibility and team spirit
  • Very good language skills; fluency in German and English are mandatory
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
