Accountant (Work From Home)

This is a management accountant role where you will need to prepare the full sets of accounts.

Client Details

Our client is a recruitment consultancy firm based in Singapore.

Description

1. Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing reports submission for all Swiss entities upon closing calendar
2. Prepare all IFC related reporting on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis accurately within the deadline
3. Liaise with our Investment Analyst, MIS teams and Country Finance Managers to obtain financial data &
documents to update the investment tracker accurately
4. Perform intercompany reconciliation across group entities on monthly basis
5. Assist to prepare the quarterly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process
6. Ensure all Swiss entities' accounting treatment in compliance with group accounting/finance policies, Swiss
GAAP and IFRS
7. Provide support on financial matters such as financial analysis, reporting, planning etc.
8. Provide support on bookkeeping for startup companies (ie. Vietnam and India entity)
9. Any other ad hoc reports & projects that might be assigned by the management from time to time.

Profile

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience with 1 year senior role in related fields.
• Preferably with working experience in external audit (year 3 senior associate)
• Or 2 years of accounting firm experience plus 2-3 years' corporate G/L accountant, FP&A or financial analyst experience.
• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent or Part-qualified in ACCA/ CPA/ MIA/CIMA.
