Description
The responsibilities will be the following:
- Performing second level controls;
-Supporting the Chief Compliance Officer;
-Supporting and giving advice for all employees on compliance and legal matters;
-Reinforcing the Compliance culture by sharing experience and knowledge;
-Creating trainings, e-learning and tests about Compliance topics;
-Drafting policies and procedures or updating the existing policies and procedures in order to be
-Following the evolution of the regulatory environment impacting the financial sector
Profile
To be eligible for the position, you should demonstrate:
-Compliance certification is a plus
-You have a legal or business background and you have an interest in legal and regulatory matters
-You have at least 5 years' experience in a Compliance function within the financial sector, law
firms or consulting firms
-Team spirit, as well as ability to work independently
-Compliance and Confidentiality-minded
-Fluent in English and French/Flemish
-Attention to details and result oriented
