Description
- Manage AP for various countries
- Review of incoming invoices, VAT compliance, coding, processing and payment
- Support in day-to-day queries
- Lead projects to enhance efficiency of processing AP
- Maintain and establish relationships with new and existing vendors
- Recording entries, accruals, prepaids at month-end
- Review reconciliation
- Manage fixed asset
Profile
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proven work experience in Accounting
- International experience is an asset
- Knowledge about VAT
- Fluent in English, German is a big plus
- Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
