Systems Manager (NavOne)

Become a First Name We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Systems Manager (NavOne) to join our Corporate Team and support them to meet the Company's ever-growing and diversified international client base.  The role can be based in either Ireland (Dublin/Shannon) or in the Isle of Man. What will you do? The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the key ERP system within the Corporate and Institutional service line - NavOne. Key delivery of user training and ongoing user support of NavOne. Reviewing key operational processes of businesses within the service line and consider where efficiencies can be delivered. Plan, develop and manage a programme of ultimate system utilization to deliver a more efficient service delivery to clients. Responsible for the secure and fit-for-purpose operation of the NavOne accounting and related system products deployed across the Corporate and Institutional Service line. Support the finance team and the operational teams within the Corporate and Institutional service line in the implementation of service line wide initiative to improve the control environment, generate efficiencies and facilitate synergies. Control and manage the financial system static data held within NavOne, in conjunction with the financial controllers throughout the Corporate and Institutional service line in the relevant jurisdictions and Group finance team based in the Isle of Man. Support and maintain the interface from NavOne to  group internal accounting system SUN. Design, develop and manage a plan in relation to full implementation of all functionality of NavOne across the Corporate and Institutional service line. Work with local MDs and financial accountants in preparing key reports from NavOne which will aid in determining productivity and profitability of each business within the corporate service line. What do you need to succeed? Successful track record of operating in a similar role and level and providing system support to senior management. Significant experience of the system architecture required within a corporate trust business. Significant technical experience of system functionality and excellent excel and computer skills. Experience of the NavOne system is mandatory. Experience and knowledge of implementing and testing system controls is mandatory. Excellent general communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Third level educated professional or holder of equivalent educational grade. Extensive knowledge and experience of the offshore trust industry, fiduciary and financial service provider operations. So how about you?
