Sr. Business Analyst (Oracle SCM) BAN000HT
As a member of the Global Business Systems (GBS) team, the Sr. Business Analyst (Oracle Financials) will serve a key role as the IT business partner for transformation initiatives providing process design and systems configuration expertise across the enterprise.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist with integration of existing and new business units into Mars Veterinary Health Reporting and common EBS platform (Oracle Cloud).
Drive initiatives between Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) and business units, while collaborating with various functions to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of process and technology.
Act as the systems liaison between Mars Veterinary Health and the business units.
Provide Oracle Financials primary focus to US and International and related systems.
Support the Program Manager in defining global business processes and continuous improvement within the business units.
Internal consultant to shared services process and improvement.
Review and approve business process design documentation.
Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
Lead or participate in multiple projects by managing project scope, determining daily priorities and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
8 years' experience in a combination of procurement, supply chain, finance, accounting or IT systems roles.
4+ years' experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules: Purchasing/i-Procurement, Oracle Projects, Inventory, etc.
Systems implementation with Oracle R12 (or Cloud implementation preferred).
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business information systems required, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Financial process design and documentation experience.
Accounting, financial reporting or project management experience preferred.
Prefer health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
