Dialog requires a Business Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to undertake a range of analysis assignments. Dialog seeks people who have the following experience and capabilities: 5+ years' work experience in a business analysis capacity Requirements gathering from a range of stakeholders across the business? Experience with Business Process Modelling (BPMN), and the development of Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS) A results-focused approach to delivery of high-quality outcomes Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, together with an ability to communicate complex information to a range of audiences Sound knowledge of IT projects and delivery including an understanding of Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies, testing and assisting the business through implementation and go-live stablished in 1979, Dialog employs over 1,200 people throughout Australia, and provides a wide range of information technology solutions to government and corporate clients.
