Operational Accounting Specialist - Senior Consultant

Key duties of the role are:- As a financial operations specialist, you will support our clients with their outsourced accounting and reporting obligations- Work with our transaction processing team to ensure timely delivery of client services- Assist with financial planning and analysis procedures and the preparation of management reports- Drive the budgeting, forecasting and analysis process for your portfolio of clients- Identify areas of improvement for our clients and assist with the design and implementation of solutions- Work with national and multinational clients, to deliver quality services and support the management team to grow the business through key strategic initiatives including operational excellence, market expansion, talent development, client leadership and business transformation- Perform data analytics and bring insight to client financial informationEssential skills for the role are:- 5 years' experience in a public accounting role focusing on the delivery of outsourced financial services, with experience in month-end procedures and management reporting CA or CPA qualifications - Ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels- Experience in Microsoft Navision and Yardi essential- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of financial processes- Proactive and able to identify and resolve problems, with attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Thrive in a fast moving, high pressure environmentThe sponsored approver for this role is Ernst & Young Services Trust Ltd.Regarding this role, the minimum salary is AUD 81,500 including 10% superannuation
