The BA for App Development is responsible for capturing customer and project requirements and translating those into the Agile epics and stories that make up project sprints. Advocating for the customer and working with an awesome team to make sure we are always delivering the right outcome.

Day to day you'll be expected to:
  • Work in an Agile team and align with the methodology and techniques.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements.
  • Document requirements, proposals, training material and other elements of a project.
  • Involvement in the continuous improvement of the teams processes and ways of working.
To be a success in this role you will have:
  • Strong experience in information and requirements gathering, business analysis in support of complex technology projects, and a solid understanding of the software development cycle.
  • Proven research and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to draw commercially sound recommendations and communicate them to squad members.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Proven dedication to customer service with experience in leading and guiding other squad members to achieve objectives that improve customer experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in ICT, Engineering, Business or related field
  • Certified in Agile Methodology
