IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Consultant and Analyst to join our small but growing Geelong based team to help develop our EDI capabilities and electronic integration into our key customer platforms. Reporting to the IT Director, and working in a small team alongside the head of Business Operations, this is a brand new role with extensive scope to make your mark in a dynamic, fast-paced business. Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on development and management of internal ERP and MRP systems Working with key clients on developing current and future EDI integrationDaily liaison with key suppliers for managing inbound pricing and inventory information for re-use within our internal systems Contribution to the global steering committee on new processes and procedures for customer and supplier integration Identify new processes and information technology neededManage risk and reward elements for operational improvements Hands on testing and reporting for internal and external systems Maintain records of customer activity and interaction on the company CRM system Assist with general IT requirements for the businessKey Skills & ExperienceComprehensive understanding of Oracle ERP systems Experience in working with various packages Experience and analytical understanding of the IT channel Proven track record of developing key reseller and distributor customer accounts through various channels Ability to work and integrate Zoho CRM data with Oracle systems Experience working with the sales and inventory with HPE, Dell, IBM or similar Tier-1 vendors Experience with Amazon Seller Portal, Stock in the Channel and BrokerBin platforms is essential Experience in dealing with members of sales teams through to C-Level Experience and a clear understanding of ecommerce requirements Both hands-on and strategic approach of daily work Ability to work to deadlines and experience in proactive feedback to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project Ability to work without supervision and with an entrepreneurial approach to businessWe offer a comprehensive package for the right candiate.
