Handle assigned cases by the AML General Manager by adapting thorough investigation and analysis methods in order to close/report the case based on clear evidence and rationales.
Seek and collect information from all relevant departments, external parties, such as analytical information of the relations and transaction details, in order to ensure that the analysis of the identified illegal transactions is accurate.
Prepare timely and accurate statements and reports of investigations to meet operational / business requirements, policies and standards.
Perform thorough monitoring of client relationship and transactions, in order to protect the company from potential losses.
Conduct periodical review with adherence of SAMA's AML/CTF rules and regulations against company's products and processes while leading the accurate identification of compliance risks.
Implement the AML/CTF monitoring program and conduct site visits if needed
Preparation the AML/CTF monitoring reports and ensures they meet the company's requirements, policies and standards.
Develop the required AML specific reports for management and regulatory submissions.
