Chief Financial Officer

A Group of Companies based in Dubai and looking for a strong CFO as per the below details:
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, and responsible for:
•   Managing financial and risk management for the Group.
•   Continuous development of financial strategy of the Group.
•   Manage the financial performance including financial planning for the Group.
•   Budgeting, financial analysis and financial reporting.
•   Strong banks' relationships and Treasury process.
•    Establishing a solid framework of policies and procedures.
•    Full responsibility on cash flows, including working capital management.
•   Ensure establishing strong risk mitigation profile for the Group.
•    Oversee all legal issues, ensuring reliable controls are set in place.
•    Establishing strong Business Intelligence platform in the Group.
•   Financial governance and compliance.
•   Managing all Accounting activities.
•    Internal Audit and External Audits management.
•    15 to 20 years of experience, preferably 5 of them in a CFO capacity in UAE.
•    High exposure to privately owned business and moving to IPO management.
•    Solid experience in project financing.
•    Family office experience is essential.
