Job summary
The EU Amazon Fashion Business team is looking for a Commercial Financial Analyst. This role allows flexible working hours including work from home, and can be based in any of these EU locations: London, Milan, Madrid, Munich.

The role will have broad responsibilities and partner with various teams and stakeholders across product lines to fuel the growth of the Amazon Fashion business.
• You will partner with business leaders to co-own the financial success of Amazon Fashion. You will consult, challenge and influence business strategy, decisions and drive our long-term free cash flow
• You will drive long-term process efficiency and continuous improvement through standardization and automation.
• You will own cross-product line projects, run ad-hoc analyses and develop business cases to ensure we are taking the right decisions in our business
• You analyze the business with weekly and monthly key performance indicators

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven relevant experience in a finance role or equivalent
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience in financial modelling, developing business cases and driving financial conclusions
• Experience in project management and process improvement
• Experience with large and diverse data sets with the ability to quickly construct and/or review financial analysis
• Strong communication and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SQL, Cognos (TM1), Oracle, or similar tools
• Experience working in a matrix environment; knows how to influence strategy and achieve goals by working across the organization
• Proven track record leading financial processes and structure, preferably in a global organization with P&L and/or FP&A responsibility
• Strong analytic and communication skills, and have a passion for using data to drive business decisions
• Open to working in an international, diverse team
