Assistant Manager, Group Treasury

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate with various inter/intra departments to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in group's cashflow/trade finance/finance cost related matters.
Ensure timely analysis and reporting of various cash flow/banking related matters for management reviews
Assist in trade finance and long-term fund raising in our various subsidiaries to support business plans
Initiate/assist in system automation and process streamlining projects to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal procedures, regulatory requirements, etc.
Any other ad-hoc tasks

Job requirement:

Degree in Finance/ Business / Accounting or ACCA or CIMA or equivalent (may be relaxed if the candidate has substantial in-depth relevant work exposure)
3-5 years work experience in Treasury operations/corporate banking (commodity trade)
Domain expertise in trade finance & long-term loans structuring, cash flow projection, loan documentations, AML and Sanction related compliances, bank covenants compliance, etc.
Preference to candidates who are well networked within commodity trade finance Desks of banks/FIs and have understanding of forex exposure and hedging.
Detail oriented, hands-on personality with reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ERP system
High integrity and able to work independently
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A team player who is self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
