Experienced CFO to implement a MBO within a growing, PE backed Data Technology and Software Company.
Candidates should be available to commence role at short notice.
MBO knowledge essential.
You will be responsible for formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives whilst the MBO is in process.
Job Description
-Report to the current CFO and CEO
-All financial aspects of the MBO process and ownership
-Key Member of the executive management team, working with them on the strategic vision of the company
-Responsible for the Group's budget and financial forecasts during the MBO process both on a standalone basis and including potential acquisitions
-Responsible for financial Management Presentations and Q&A sessions
-Participate in all financing, corporate structuring and other transaction related discussions
-Oversee financial due diligence report preparation
-Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
-Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA ) with significant CFO and Private Equity experience
-Candidates should be available at short notice
-Recent experience from PE Transaction / Management Buy Out (MBO)
-Fundraising and M&A experience
-Commercially focussed
-High attention to detail, organised, able to manage own time and workload
-Team player, hands-on, can-do attitude
-Confident, well presented
