We are looking for Business Analyst to join the GSK Vaccines Singapore IT, supporting the site digital and data analytic projects and develop the site's application continuity and support model.
This role is responsible for define global application roadmap in line with the company and site priorities and IT Strategy, support the deployment of global applications (SAP, MES, Labware LIMS, OSI-PI, etc). Your daily work will consist mainly of collaborate with global business partners to set project priorities and roll-out global applications locally, Implement and execute a continuous improvement program, and Participate to the Site Digitalization Program and to the development of the Data Analytics capability. Interact with strategic partners and promote solutions in the digital domain.

Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as Business or Systems Analyst including technical experience/background, digital technologies, Industry 4.0, systems integration
- Experience working in regulated GxP industry(Pharmaceutical experience is preferred)
- Experience in Agile Ways of Working
Preferred Qualifications:
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
- hands on / track record of working with SAP, MES, LES, OSI-PI
- Understanding of concepts of Accessibility, Collaboration Tools, Computer System Validation, Risk Management
- Degree in IT, science, human science or technical area
- High affinity with or experience in computer/software area
