2022 Finance Internship

Our Finance Internship delivers real-world work experience. Through our internships, you'll gain valuable experience in a wide variety of business areas. Our opportunities include internships within Moody's Investors Service and Moody's Shared Services Finance Teams. You'll be part of real and exciting projects but most importantly, you'll contribute to a business that is dedicated to analyzing credit and financial data
We Want You

We seek current students from a diverse set of backgrounds with a strong focus on business administration, finance, economics, and accounting. You will need to be a logical problem solver, with strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and possess rigor, initiative, and self-motivation in working with financial information.
  • We seek curious problem solvers who enjoy learning new things and working with others.
  • Be open to feedback and continuously grow your interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Be interested in interacting with Moody's various systems and processes, as well as Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Training and Development

During the approximate 6-month internship you will be provided technical training, including personal branding, Microsoft Office package, corporate presence, and more. You will also have access to online training modules to invest in your professional growth. As part of the program, you will get the opportunity to meet with our HR Team to discuss career paths.
Internship Program

In addition to networking and community service opportunities, you'll also be partnered with a mentor for the duration of your internship to provide you with opportunities to understand more about Moody's and our culture. You will have the chance to connect with and learn from senior leaders and advisors as you take your first steps towards a successful professional career.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Graduation Date: December 2022 - July 2023.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to work in an analytical and number-driven environment with high attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Applies knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office package, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
