Business Analyst

To facilitate our continued growth, we are looking for talented Business Analysts to join our team and drive the delivery of our services to our clients in our Brisbane office.To be successful as a consultant you will have a passion for wanting to help clients:deal with changebecome more humandeliver on their purpose, and navigate complexity.You will also have:1 to 5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst.strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills and attention to detail.hands-on experience with change frameworks and project lifecyclesexcellent written and verbal communication skills.relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.Working closely with other consultants, you will deliver end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation and the development of solution scope documents. You will also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to internal initiatives that matter to you through our innovation fund.As anyone who has worked in consulting will know, no two engagements are the same - one day you could be defining complex business requirements, the next engagement developing a Digital Strategy.
