The Role
The Digital Business Analyst will support the execution of key customer initiatives that provide a seamless and easy omnichannel customer experience.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Plan and estimate the business analysis activities and deliverables required within a given project or initiative
- Clearly define and document the business needs and contribute to building the business case
- Carry out stakeholder analysis, working with the business / product owners to define stakeholder maps + contribute to the communication and engagement plans
- Identify and define the business requirements using multiple techniques including engaging workshops, observation, interviews and creation of workflow models
- Manage the risks and issues associated with business requirements definition and the broader business analysis activities, ensuring that the overall solution remains fit for purpose
- Manage + track requirements as they move from discovery through to implementation. Identify when new requirements change the scope of the overall solution + ensure the appropriate change control processes are followed, incl. accurate impact assessment
Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the following:
- Experience as a business analysts with knowledge and experience working with digital retailing and commerce solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Consistently develops and maintains strong long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Must be able to understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders and timelines
- Strong appreciation for user experience and demonstrates clear customer focus
Salary and Benefits
- Open to paying a total package of $143k for the right candidate - may be slightly negotiable for an extremely Senior candidate
