An exciting opportunity exists for a Principal Business Analyst on a fixed term basis in the System Reform and Workforce division.

The Principal Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Human Services Regulator (HSR) towards becoming an independent regulator. Legislative reforms to the Child Safe Standards and the Social Services Regulation Reforms expand our responsibility as a regulator to the Victorian community and require the enhancement of our ICT systems and/or the acquisition of new systems. The Principal Business Analyst will manage the requirements definition and support the delivery of the systems and processes required to support an efficient transition to the new regulatory schemes.

The System Reform and Workforce division applies a strategic lens to the complexity of the department's clients, portfolios and ways we work. The work of this division seeks to drive the reform narrative and investment within the department and ensure alignment with broader whole-of-government reforms. The division also looks towards the future of the department's service delivery pipeline and devises workforce strategies to build capacity and capability within staff and invest in psychological and wellbeing supports for our service delivery workforce.
