Accountabilities
  • Sales ledger including raising invoices and allocating cash to the correct accounts
  • Credit Control including debt recovery by telephone and email
  • Upoading new clients and accounts
  • Accounts payable including processing invoices, dealing with queries, reconciling supplier statements making payments by BACS
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end including accruals and prepayments, monthly reconciliations
