Finance Director required for a privately owned manufacturing business based in Lincolnshire. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide leadership to the Board's finance and accounting strategy to optimise the company's financial performance. As an experienced Finance Director, you will have the ability and desire to deputise for the Managing Director when required and manage non-financial departments as a quasi-CFO.
Initially leading finance and IT, you will evaluate current processes with the intention of implementing more efficient ways of working. Ultimately, upskilling these functions resulting in them truly driving business performance.
