DESCRIPTION
Currently, we are looking for the Financial Analyst to Subcontractors Operations unit (EU/UK team) to make the team even stronger. In this position, you are going to work with Business Partnering Services (BPS) - the part of EPAM`s Global Finance department, responsible for administrative and financial functions in terms of the relationship between EPAM leadership and EPAM Clients. You will join the team of 200+ specialists to help business to grow business.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Contractor's agreements, invoices verification, contractors' timesheets and rate cards
  • Regular calls with Contractors/Subcontractors, EPAM departments and project staff
  • Entering information into internal EPAM systems, permanent control of internal systems
  • Cost accounting process in corporate accounting systems; take part in month closure activities related to costs recognition: analysis, reports preparation, data analysis and comments, etc
  • Build end-to end Subcontractors process, providing consulting in terms of Contractors/Subcontractors life circle in EPAM
  • Provide an audit support in the part of giving requested information
Requirements
  • Completed higher economic education is preferable
  • Work experience 1+ year
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, multiple use of formulas)
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to details; high level of accuracy
  • Understanding of accounting and corporate finance
  • Great written and spoken English - Upper-Intermediate level and higher
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information, readiness for multitasking and meet deadlines
  • Ability to set goals and achieve them, resistance to stress, a high level of self-control
  • Great communication skills, ability to work in a team and be part of a friendly team
