This is a fantastic opportunity for to work alongside an impressive Business Unit Director as a key business partner supporting the growth of the business through insightful financial analysis, reporting and planning. We are seeking a confident and commercial astute Qualified Accountant who thrives within a fast-paced commercial and operational environment acting as the key Business Partner to operations. Key Responsibilities:*Play a key role as part of Senior Management team.*Be responsible for all the financial aspects of the operational site and provide support to both Operations and Central Finance.*Act as the 'bridge' between the business and key customers, ensuring there is financial control and integrity across the key customer contracts. *Leading the annual budget process.*Support senior management in achieving budget and targeted costs / KPI's.*Produce weekly and period management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to help facilitate management decisions. *Advise management of performance and deviation from budgets and forecasts. Provide and develop tools to help control costs*Financially evaluate and advise on the impact of operational changes.*Control, analyse and develop operational / financial KPI's.*Produce and evaluate weekly accounts pack. Work with operations to provide detailed commentary.*Ensure key costs and income are accounted for play a key role in major financial decisions and processes.*Collate and present finance pack to senior management at monthly review meetings, bring the numbers to life and explaining key variances.*Monitor and support cashflow.*Collation and reporting of budget, reconciling costs charged to the customer on budgeted basis v actuals through the accounts, and then true up exercise undertaken*Develop and improve reporting and processes where opportunities for improvements exist.*Project financial evaluation as and when required.AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
