Controller

Our Plant Controlling Team based in Poznań is looking for a specialist to support our activities in scope of controlling and reporting of manufacturing facilities that are located in 5 European countries.
We are a great International Team focused on cross-border collaboration, process improvements and business partnering.


Your Responsibilities
 

• Performing month end close process for a group of manufacturing entities within GBS R2R GA&C Tower, in a cooperation with our Strategic Partner,
• Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reports and journal entries prepared by the Strategic Partner,
• Monitoring completion of close and post close activities with emphasis on timeliness and quality,
• Business partnering with other stakeholders of the reporting scope,
• Reviewing process flows and identification areas for improvements and enhancements,
• Undertaking research and analytical tasks and other ad-hoc duties related to general business & financial activities,
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with reporting controls and standards: SOX, internal policies, accounting standards

 
Your Profile
 

• 2+ years of relevant job experience required,
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business related field preferred (being an ACCA/CIMA member/student will be an advantage),
• Very good use of MS Office (in particular MS Excel),
• Very good English language skills (min.B2),
• Experience with ERP accounting systems,
• Team-player attitude & willingness to learn
