Here at Serco, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Global Business Analyst to join our amazing HRIS Operations team and help support the business in reporting and analysing of our HRIS applications. You will obtain detailed chance requirements from our customers to share with MYIT/TDA, as well as support the changes until delivery alongside the Global Change Lead.

As part of this you'll:
• Prepare end to end test transcripts.
• Support the Global Change Lead on various continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in problem solving in relation to process, service, and technology issues.
• Creating and maintaining operational documentation in relation to the deployed HR technology and hand over in to HRIS team.

What you'll need to do the role

First and foremost, you'll need to have strong change management, business case, and business planning experience. Our ideal candidate will be familiar working with SAP HCM/Successfactors and will have a background working in either a support or change team. You will be a strong problem solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions. You will be able to show evidence of strong stakeholder management at all levels and feel comfortable working in a team who are continuously improving to manage changing business needs. Lastly, you will have experience working with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
